How do I start a project?
Fill out the contact form on our homepage with your name, email, phone number, service you're interested in, and a brief description of your project. We'll respond within 24 hours.
What's included in the $150 Logo Design?
One custom master logo with unlimited revisions. You receive all final files in PNG, JPEG, PDF, and AI/PSD formats. Full ownership included.
What's included in the $300 Brand Identity Package?
Master logo, secondary logo, wordmark, brandmark, and submark — all with unlimited revisions. Full file package (PNG, JPEG, PDF, AI/PSD). Plus 100 business cards printed and shipped to you.
How long does a project take?
Logo designs typically take 3-5 business days. Brand identity packages take 5-7 business days. Websites and full setups vary — we'll give you a timeline after reviewing your project.
Do I own the final designs?
Yes. 100% ownership transferred to you upon final delivery. No watermarks, no licensing restrictions, no ongoing fees.
How many revisions do I get?
Unlimited revisions until you're satisfied. We don't stop until it's right.
What if I already have an AI-generated design?
We offer AI Design Correction — we professionally refine, clean up, and prepare your AI design for print so it looks polished, not synthetic.
Can I track my project status?
Yes. Every client gets access to a personal project tracker where you can see real-time updates, previews, and stage changes. View tracker →
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods including Cash App, PayPal, and Stripe. A deposit is required before work begins.

Refund Policy

Deposits

All projects require a deposit before work begins. Deposits are non-refundable as they secure your project slot and cover initial design work.

Before Design Work Begins

If you cancel before we start any design work, a full refund (minus the deposit) will be issued within 5-7 business days.

During the Design Process

After Final Delivery

Once final files have been delivered and approved, the project is considered complete. No refunds will be issued after final delivery and acceptance.

Business Cards & Printed Materials

Printed business cards included in the Brand Identity Package are custom-made for your brand. Once sent to print, cancellations are not possible. If there's a printing defect, we will reprint at no additional cost.
