How do I start a project?
Fill out the contact form on my homepage with your name, contact details, service, and a short project description. I will review it and send the package, price, payment step, and project setup details.
What are the current SHOPNASGFX package prices?
Starter Logo is $150. Brand Kit + Landing Page Intro is $500. Launch-Ready Brand System is $750.
What's included in the $150 Starter Logo?
One clean logo to get your business started, with final files prepared for real use. Full ownership is included after final delivery.
What is the Brand Kit + Landing Page Intro?
A brand foundation plus your first owned web page. This package is $500 and includes logo branding plus a focused landing page intro.
How long does a project take?
Current package timelines range from 5 to 20 business days. I confirm your exact timeline after I review the scope and receive everything needed to start.
Do I own the final designs?
Yes. 100% ownership transferred to you upon final delivery. No watermarks, no licensing restrictions, no ongoing fees.
How many revisions do I get?
The Starter Logo includes one revision round. Higher packages include two. Extra revision rounds start at $50, and I confirm the price before making more changes.
What if I already have an AI-generated design?
I offer AI Design File Fix. I refine the design, clean up the layout, and prepare usable files for print or digital use.
Can I track my project status?
Yes. Every client gets a project dashboard where they can track progress, updates, previews, and next steps from me and my team.

What payment methods do you accept?
I accept Cash App, PayPal, Stripe, and other approved payment methods. Projects under $150 are paid in full. Projects at $150 or more use a 50% deposit and a 50% final payment.
Refund Policy
Deposits
Projects at $150 or more require a 50% non-refundable deposit before I begin. Projects under $150 are paid in full. Your payment reserves time for the work and starts your project setup.
Before Design Work Begins
If you cancel before I start any design work, I will review any payment beyond the non-refundable deposit. I issue eligible refunds within 5 to 7 business days.
During the Design Process
- If you cancel after I deliver initial concepts, I may issue a partial refund based on the work completed.
- Your package includes the stated revision rounds. Tell me what needs attention, and I will apply focused changes within that scope.
- Refunds will not be issued simply because of a change of mind after work has been completed.
After Final Delivery
Once I deliver the final files and you approve them, the project is complete. I do not issue refunds after final delivery and acceptance.
Business Cards & Printed Materials
Printed business cards are made for your brand. You cannot cancel them after my team sends them to print. If the printer confirms a production defect, my team and I will coordinate the reprint.
